I'M KATE
I am the owner and artist behind all the pretty signs. I reside in the beautiful Annapolis area with my husband and our doodle!
Ever since I was little, I was always creating and designing. While preparing for our wedding I started to teach myself lettering to create signage for our day. September 2018, is when I started Kate Slayton Lettering. KSL is a boutique sign + design lettering shop.
When I’m not making signs, you can find me enjoying time with my husband, sipping on coffee, decorating our home or dipping my toes in other creative outlets.
MY FAMILY
Meet my husband Kevin! Kevin and I have been together for 10 years and married for 5! We got married on June 30, 2018, which is my parents’ anniversary and my great grandparents’ anniversary (it was planned!). Just outside of Annapolis Maryland, we live in a little beach cottage that we love and call home. We have a crazy golden doodle puppy named Cali Dune! Kevin is a neurosurgical PA and works with me for KSL on all of his days off. If you are local to Annapolis, I am sure you will see us around town!
